Intercessory Prayer

In•ter•ces•sion (ˌɪn tərˈsɛʃ ən) n.

1. an act or instance of interceding.

2. an interposing or pleading on behalf of another person.

3. a prayer to God on behalf of another.

INTERCESSION …  yes, as a congregation, it’s the Prayers of the People, said weekly. For the Intercessory Prayer Team – nine dedicated souls — it’s intercessions prayed daily.

Day by day — many answered prayers and much for which we give thanks. The team meets once a month for prayer and pizza. Prayer needs are split amongst the group and distributed for daily prayer until our next monthly meeting.
